About these terms

These terms apply to your use of vouchers365 (vouchers365.co.uk). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we do

vouchers365 lists voucher codes, discount codes and offers from UK retailers. We don't sell products ourselves. When you click through to a retailer, any purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, and the retailer's own terms apply.

Codes and offers

Retailers can change or withdraw codes and offers at any time, and some have restrictions such as minimum spend, excluded products or expiry dates. We do our best to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that every code will work. Please check the terms on the retailer's website before you buy.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer or affiliate network, at no extra cost to you. Our About & FAQ page explains how we list codes.

Third-party websites

We link to retailers and other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, availability, prices, products or privacy practices.

Our content

The design, text and layout of this site belong to us. Retailer names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the retailers whose offers we list. Please don't copy or republish our content without permission.

Liability

We provide the site and its listings "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including a code not working or a retailer's offer changing. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
